Fermenting now: A second blackberry jam wine I have a Zinfandel and in the wings waiting for the weather to cool down a bit. There are more kits I want to do and will do. The first Australian cab I did is something I want to do again. Since it was my first kit, there was a lot of "mistakes" I did. I want to do it again now that I "know" more and see if there is a difference. I just bought another Australian cab kit and hope to start in a month or so. |
