Needed a place to store all the wine I have been making. I decided to transform the space under the stairs into a wine cellar.

I should be able to hold about 275 bottles. Its dark and the temp should be good year round. I just need to start making some quality stuff to put in there.

I finished my 7th cube finishing, for the most part, my wine cellar. I might make a partial or half cube or two for the far end if I run out of space. But that won't be for some time yet.

Edit: I am running out of space. I need more friends. I have the materials for a partial cube, now I just need the time.

Edit: I finally completed my wine cellar build. There was room for two half cubes or tri-angles as well as rectangular bins on top of two of the columns. I actually had materials for the first half cube for about 8 months. I wasn't sure how to make the corners that would be strong enough so I put it off and off. Finally I got bored enough that I gave it a shot and I like the way they turned out. I was also researching storage and ran across a site that offered bins that fit on top of wine racks so I built two of them as well. This should get my total storage to about 350.It may not be the prettiest or the best built, but I like it.
