Green Apple Riesling
This is the third time I have made this. It is always a crowd pleaser. This batch I again went with 1/4 - 3/4 F pack ferment - post ferment respectively. Should give a nice apple kick. The initial ferment went totally dry (0.986) the lowest I have seen. That kicked the ABV up over the 14% line. Adding the F pack diluted the batch some, but I would still expect the ABV to be in the high 13's.
