Decided to make another Green Apple Riesling

The thing with wine & beer making is that you are, hopefully, learning from your mistakes as well as build on previous batches strengths and weaknesses. One thing I have done with my second batch is to expand on the first batch. One thing I will do is to add all of the F pack to get a little more apple flavour in the final product. I upped the OG a little as well, reaching 1.090. If I can take this all the way to dry like the previous batch I should get about 13% ABV out of it. Hopefully a little more apple flavour will make a tasty drink.
