There are a couple different kinds of wine kits. The fuller bodied wines take
longer from start to finish but the wait is usually worth it. Mist kits are
different in that they are medium body and have flavours added to them. I see
them as almost wine coolers. With these kits I usually pump up the volume to
normal wine levels (12% ABV). What I am trying to do is a mix of the super nice
and nice. This kit is one of the mist kits. I think a nice fruity drink will be
well received in spring time. Degassing
