Hard Lemonade
Been wanting to make a refreshing drink for summer. I bought some ingredients last year, but never followed through and made anything. This year I found a different recipe and got it started.

This one is kind of strange in that a decent amount is added after fermentation is complete. A decent amount of sugar as well as lemonade is added after everything is done fermenting. Of course adding that much sugar might restart fermentation even though an additive ( k sorbate) was added to stunt any new yeast growth. I will watch it for a few days and see what it does.

Everything was transferred to a new container. I used a paint strainer in case there was any pulp moving about. I will be transferring to keg for carbonation in a while and I don't want anything to plug up the keg or my bottling setup.
