Fermentation took most (all) the falvour of the fruit so I am back sweetening with real apricots. I had to siphon some mead off to get them all to fit. I will add that back after a couple of weeks when it starts clairifying.

2 weeks later the fruit is about to come out. the color is amazing

I removed the apricots and will let it sit a month or so and if it is clear - bottle.

Bottled today and didn't like it very much. Didn't have very much flavour. Will let it sit a while.
